Things to know Before Booking
- You can book by any amount minimum it can be 10% of the unit charge. Maximum can be any amount you wish to pay.
- Booking Amount is Refundable.
- The Price Description may be vary like Form Fee, Security , Monthly Charge.
- All the offer only applicable for First month only.
- The more amount you pay online you get the more advantage.
- The receipt by movehostel will be treated as Invoice on your mail.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited at the property owing to the local laws.
- Caution money / Security Deposit is only refundable when you complete your Stay Period
- In case of a group of 2 or more, you would be purposefully allotted different rooms.
- If the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Hostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
- Hostel reserves the complete right to admission.
- We do not recommend our hostels to families.
- Please carry a valid Govt Photo ID card for verifying the reservation. (PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID)
- You are required to make a Security Deposit , Registration fee , Rent pre-payment at the time of your check-in.
- Lockers for your valuables are available in each dorm room, however the hostel will not be held responsible for any lost/stolen/damaged luggage.
- Non-resident guests are not allowed inside the property.
Cancellation Policy (Refundable)
We understand that sometimes plans change. Hence to make it light on your pocket, we are only charging a low amount in advance, which would be refundable in case you don’t like to the Accommodation
Movehostel Policy & Conditions Towards Tenants
- In case of cancellation of booking movehostel will refund the amount within 7 Working Days in your Account
- If you continue your booking you can adjust the same amount in the Accommodation Fee by showing Invoice to the Owner
- In case of Caution Money or Security Deposit please be make sure the term’s and condition’s with the property Owner because each hostel have it’s own right’s and policy Movehostel won’t be responsible of withdrawing the security deposit
